Job DescriptionSuper for Apartment CommunityAn apartment will be included in the compensation package.The position requires someone who can effectively evaluate and respond to a broad range of maintenance needs including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, tile, appliances, locks and keys, basic carpentry and drywall repair, etc.Experience in the facilities maintenance field is essential for this position.The job requires a person who can be on-call for emergencies after hours and weekends.This position requires someone who is willing to deal with routine apartment maintenance as well as some more technical issues.It is very much a hands-on position; it is not a supervisory job.The right candidate will be someone who is honest, self-directed, organized, able to multi-task, and who works well with people, both co-workers and tenants.
