Job DescriptionWe are searching for professionals with 5 to 10 years of experience in a Executive Assistant role supporting the sales division. Provide frontline support for the President/Sales Executive with new/potential clients, including answering phones, creating and presenting solutions-based sales proposals, addressing questions, and connecting the customer with the appropriate resource Handle correspondence and scheduling of the sales team Development of marketing, communications, and event campaigns to help drive sales activity, including the coordination of email communications, newsletters, strategic social media targeting, list management, content curating, etc Create quarterly newsletter and manage the presence on multiple social media websites. Creation, drafting, and review of sales contracts from start to finish Coordinate sales processes, such as pipeline management, budgeting, and forecasting for all sales channels; Create weekly sales forecast report & fill in weekly sales scorecard metrics Develop processes and tools (with an eye towards continuous improvement) to coordinate the seamless hand-off of orders between the sales team and operations Provide general sales support to the CEO and sales team when necessary Additional duties as requested by managementJob Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field 10+ years' experience in administrative support, office management, HR, general operations.
