Summary: Plan, coordinate and support the Respiratory Therapeutic Area meetings and other activities within the Therapeutic Area under the strategic guidance of the Therapeutic Area Head Major Duties and Accountabilities: Plan and conduct Therapeutic Area meetings (e.g. for scientific synopsis and protocol review), supporting the Therapeutic Area Head by: Organizing and setting content for meetings, including the identification of the reviewers and subject matter experts (with input from the Therapeutic Area Head and GPMD) and oversight of their specific deliverables b. Consolidating, creating and distributing agendas (including pre-reads) c. Coordinating, loading, distributing and consolidating meeting review materials in PleaseReview d. Creating, distributing, and tracking meeting outcome with follow-up actions via meeting minutes Assist the Therapeutic Area Head in aligning/ensuring consistent processes applied across Therapeutic Area and Franchise as part of the deliverables of the Clinical Development Leadership Team (CDLT) and may additionally work within CDLT work streams Help with resource planning and tracking (e.g. FASTRR, TimeCard, support allocation of CSEs with Therapeutic Area Head Help to identify resource, scientific, operational and learnings gaps within the Therapeutic Area and recommending/supporting remediation solutions Support the educational mission of the Therapeutic Area and professional development by working with Therapeutic Area members in identifying speakers and coordinating speaker visits Coordinate, track and manage Therapeutic Area information sharing and Therapeutic Area resourcing for compounds reaching PoC milestones (short to mid-term) Skills: Should have good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Education: 4 year degree required, preferably in a biological sciences area (biology, chemistry or similar). Experience in the pharma industry preferred. ()
